Position Overview

As a Senior Full Stack MarTech Developer, you will architect and implement sophisticated marketing technology solutions that drive client success. This role combines frontend expertise with backend capabilities to build robust marketing infrastructure, including tracking implementations, data pipelines, and customer journey optimization. You'll be instrumental in developing solutions for conversion tracking, marketing analytics, and marketing automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust tracking architectures, including Google Tag Manager, server-side tagging, and custom data layers.
  • Develop and maintain client-side and server-side tracking solutions for marketing campaigns.
  • Create scalable integrations between various marketing platforms (CRM, Analytics, Advertising platforms).
  • Build and optimize marketing technology infrastructure for improved performance and data accuracy.
  • Slice and create well-optimized landing pages to boost lead engagement.
  • Build high-converting landing pages optimized for marketing campaigns and A/B testing.
  • Implement dynamic content personalization based on user behavior and traffic sources.
  • Optimize page load performance for maximum conversion rates across different traffic sources.
  • Create modular, reusable components for rapid landing page deployment.
  • Ensure cross-browser and device compatibility for maximum campaign reach.
  • Implement advanced form handling and lead capture functionality.
  • Develop custom sales funnel interfaces with multi-step conversion flows.
  • Optimize frontend performance metrics (Core Web Vitals) for better ad quality scores.
  • Implement server-side tracking solutions and real-time data processing pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain custom marketing APIs and webhooks for cross-platform data synchronization.
  • Create and optimize data layers for enhanced marketing tracking and analytics.
  • Build custom integration solutions between marketing platforms (Facebook, Google Ads, CRM systems).
  • Implement and troubleshoot tracking pixels and conversion events.
  • Develop custom marketing automation workflows and triggers.
  • Create robust error handling and validation for marketing data streams.
  • Build and maintain real-time marketing dashboards and reporting systems.
  • Configure and optimize server-to-server (S2S) tracking implementations.
  • Implement advanced e-commerce tracking solutions.
  • Create documentation for marketing technology implementations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to understand tracking requirements and implement solutions.
  • Debug cross-platform tracking issues and ensure data accuracy.
  • Optimize site performance while maintaining robust tracking capabilities.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in web development with exposure to marketing technology.
  • Strong proficiency in:
    • HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including tracking implementations)
    • PHP, Laravel, WordPress
    • RESTful APIs and webhooks
    • Basic SQL queries
    • Git version control
    • DeployHQ
  • Advanced JavaScript for marketing tracking and tag management.
  • Experience with Tag Management Systems (GTM, Tealium, etc.).
  • Understanding of DOM manipulation for tracking implementations.
  • Knowledge of marketing pixels and conversion tracking.
  • Expertise in frontend performance optimization.
  • Advanced landing page and funnel development.
  • Experience implementing major marketing platforms.
  • Understanding of digital marketing tracking fundamentals.
  • Experience with data privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in spoken English and fluent in written English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with server-side Google Tag Manager.
