Core Responsibilities:

  • Task Identification and Scoping: This involves a dive into the customer's stated problem to understand the underlying issue. It's not just about 'completing a task'; it's about assuring excellency and completeness. This sets the stage for all subsequent actions. Effective task identification also helps in the allocation of resources and prioritisation.
  • Marketing Technology specialty: This role requires expertise in marketing technology to optimize and innovate marketing strategies. The candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, enabling them to navigate and resolve challenges efficiently while maximizing the effectiveness of marketing tools and platforms.
  • Customer Success Management: This role champions the customer's long-term goals within the company and ensures alignment of services with their broader objectives. It emphasizes transparent, regular updates on issue resolution to build trust and maintain engagement.
  • Quality Control: Actively monitor the outgoing service delivery to ensure it meets ProfitableMedia's work excellence. This involves checking that work outputs, processes, or services meet client requirements/ goals before they are delivered to the client to catch and correct any issues.
  • Project Management: Taking into account the above items. Specifically Client Advocacy and expectation management. It is included in your responsibilities to manage; priorities, work hours, timelines, capacity.


Daily Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing client relationships and providing a customer-centric experience.
  • Ingesting client ticket requests and creating plans for their fulfillment.
  • Reviewing team members' work before it's returned to clients to ensure correct ticket execution.
  • Coordinating with team members to ensure tasks are completed.
  • Delivering updates and communications to clients.
  • Completing client tickets related to technical research and investigative analysis on various technical integrations and setups to resolve issues related to reporting, tracking, functionality, etc. (Usually in GoHighLevel, Hasoffers, WeCanTrack, Klaviyo, Sticky.io, Wordpress, Membermouse, Shopify, etc.).
  • Adjusting visual web editors for UI, UX, and design requests as needed (Wix, Shopify, Wordpress/Elementor, GoHighLevel, etc.).
  • Optimizing email marketing platforms such as Active Campaign, Klaviyo, Maropost, sometimes involving copy and email design, etc.
  • Invoicing clients.
  • Managing the resource allocation of other specialist staff members to ensure tickets are completed on time.
  • Reporting on the performance of certain clients.
  • Overseeing individual projects for clients and being the voice of clients.
  • Defining timelines and managing the requirements of individual projects.
  • Developing Looms, SOPs, and live instructional walkthroughs of platforms to assist both clients and internal team members with various processes and new platforms.
  • Defining, developing, and improving processes based on a continuous improvement cycle.
  • Performing business-related tasks as required.



Position Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Over 5 years of experience dealing with several of the following types of technologies: GoHighLevel, Hasoffers, WeCanTrack, Klaviyo, Sticky.io, Wordpress, Membermouse, Shopify, Wix, Shopify, Wordpress/Elementor, Active Campaign, Klaviyo, Maropost.
  • Native or fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Available from 9:00 - 18:00 PST.
